Here are some of the wonderful achievements of our team in February:
– Chris Baigent has won along with Jamie Adams the Nerves of Steel competition in Basingstoke
– Charlie Birch came 3rd in the ladies recurve at the Battle of Old Basing/SCAS indoors
– Ian Brown got Gold in the Welsh Indoor Championship and a Silver in the European Indoor Championship in Budapest Hungary.
– Chris Groom got third place in the GWAS regional champs
– Brad Howe finishing the European Indoor Champs in joint 11th place AMBU Class (23 in category).
– Jim Metcalfe is making a spectacular recovery and we are happy to see him back on the shooting line.
– Rachel Vines finished in first place at the GWAS and became Regional Champion for the first time
– Marcus Yeoman held onto the title for the second year in DCAS indoor championships.
- A special mention to Andy Caine that has done such a great job in organising the Old Basing Tournament 2018 and Nerves of Steel. We all had great fun!
- A big thank you to Gergo Deak and Chris Baigent who assisted us in the shop on the 17th of February.
